Community-led programmes to improve healthcare practices and health outcomes across our outreach communities.

Community-led programmes empower individuals and families to take an active role in improving their health and well-being. By working closely with community leaders, volunteers, and local partners, these initiatives promote health education, disease prevention, early screening, and healthy lifestyle practices

Through continuous engagement and locally driven solutions, communities become better equipped to address their health challenges, resulting in improved healthcare practices, increased access to essential services, and lasting positive health outcomes across our outreach communities.

Malnutrition in the first 1,000 days of a child's life has lifelong consequences. Our nutrition initiative trains mothers on optimal infant feeding practices, micronutrient supplementation, and recognizing early warning signs of malnutrition.

As part of our livelihood support programme, we also visited orphanages to provide food items and other essential supplies, helping to improve the well-being of vulnerable children while demonstrating compassion and community solidarity. Through these locally driven interventions, communities are better equipped to address their health challenges, leading to improved healthcare practices and lasting positive health outcomes across our outreach communitie

Community health volunteers continue follow-up visits after each session, helping translate education into sustained behaviour change at the household level.

The programme also addresses maternal nutrition, since a mother's health directly shapes pregnancy and breastfeeding outcomes.
